Descripción del Tour:

09:30 am: Our meeting point is at the Monument of the Liberator José de San Martín (Plaza San Martín) where we initiate our full-day journey exploring the gaucho region of Argentina.

10:00 am: Departing from the Retiro Bus Terminal, we embark on a bus trip to San Antonio de Areco, enjoying a scenic 2-hour ride northward across farms and stretches of the pampas.

12:00 pm: Upon reaching the town, we proceed to Estancia El Ombú, greeted with a warm welcome of traditional Argentine empanadas by the Estancia staff. We also have an opportunity to witness local gauchos showcasing their ranching abilities, including a live rodeo, ring race and exceptional herding skills.Following this, we take a tour of the ranch grounds on horseback.

13:00 pm: While relishing our lunch, we partake in the gaucho festivities, enriched with vibrant music and dance performances. Our lunch comprises a traditional gaucho menu featuring asado, chicken, ribs and much more.

14:30 pm: Post lunch, we indulge in the vast range of activities offered by Estancia el Ombú. In the tranquil pampas, we enjoy horseback riding, sulky rides, and serene walks around the ranch. Other facilities include a spacious swimming pool, ping pong tables, soccer, volleyball, and bicycle tours.

17:00 pm We depart from the ranch to the town, embarking on a sightseeing tour where we visit Plaza Ruiz de Arellano de Areco, named after the rancher who established the town in 1728, and discover its rich history.

18:30 pm: we commence our transfer to the San Antonio de Areco bus terminal for our return journey to Buenos Aires by bus.

21:00 pm: Upon reaching the Retiro terminal, we conclude our tour at Plaza San Martín.
