We will gather at the designated time at the Bar El Federal to embark on a walking tour that brings the art of filleting to life in the city.
Our journey will include a visit to the Casa Carlos Gardel Museum, where we will explore the home of the famous tango singer, composer, and actor. Here, we'll delve into the fascinating story of this house and its previous owners.
Our next stop will be the Conventillo Cultural Abasto, where we will participate in a Porteño Filleting class. Under the guidance of a professional Filleter, we will learn about this art form while uncovering its rich history and secrets. At the conclusion of the class, we'll have the opportunity to take our creation home as a memento!
We will conclude our tour with a delightful Argentine snack.
