Commencing from your centrally located Buenos Aires hotel, we set off on a scenic 56-kilometer journey along the Buenos Aires-La Plata route in a cozy, air-conditioned bus. En route to La Plata, marvel at the picturesque river views as our guide enlightens us about the history and establishment of the central square.
Upon arrival, we will explore the neo-Gothic cathedral, revered as one of the largest in the world. Constructed in 1932, this cathedral draws its inspiration from the renowned European cathedrals.
As we stroll through the city diagonals, you'll observe its precise geometric layout. We'll also visit the Astronomical Observatory and Argentine Theater, with our guide elaborating on its construction and creators. Our journey then takes us to the Natural Science Museum, a significant South American repository of over two million objects and specimens. It's a major hub for Paleontology, Anthropology, Geology, Botany, and Zoology knowledge, showcasing Argentina's diverse landscapes and climates (sea, mountains, Patagonia, etc.). Its extensive collection includes a well-preserved array of dinosaur fossils.
Following our comprehensive exploration, we will board the bus for our return journey to Buenos Aires Centre.
