9:30 am: Pick up service from downtown hotels. You'll be chauffeured in a comfortable bus to Capilla de Señor, the home of our Estancia. Experience the vast expanse of the Argentine countryside and the warm welcome of the gauchos who will be your hosts for the day.

11:00 am: A cordial welcome awaits you at Don Silvano Ranch, featuring traditional and savory Argentine empanadas, complemented by delicious wine and juices.

11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Embark on a guided tour of the estate. Explore the 1930's house reflecting a Victorian style, now the heart of the Estancia. The sprawling 380-hectare Don Silvano Ranch invites you to visit its bakery, the museum, or join in the cow milking with the local gauchos.

Seize the chance to enjoy a scenic horseback ride, a delightful carriage tour, or an exciting tractor ride across the estate. Rest assured, no prior riding experience is needed as it's a short group tour on gentle and well-trained horses.

01:00 pm - 03:00 pm: Savour the flavours of a traditional Argentine barbecue. Lunch will be accompanied by an entertaining folk dance performance, showcasing a variety of rhythms like zamba, cat, chacarera, malambo, malambo with boleadoras, dance with spears, boleadoras show, chamamé, and tango. You're invited to join in this lively presentation or take part in tango classes.

03:30 pm: Witness a thrilling display of Creole skills, including ring race, horse gentleness and herd shaking.

04:30 pm: Don Silvano Estancia serves up a delectable country-style snack: mate tea with cakes and fried pastries.
