Our service commences at 7:00 p.m. We eagerly anticipate your arrival with a welcome drink and your apron ready. To start the evening and stimulate your palate, we offer a cheese board and chipa.
Under the expert guidance of the chef from Fogon Asado, we provide a unique chance to immerse yourself in the art of Argentine barbecue. You will have the hands-on experience of working directly on the grill, discovering the secrets of lighting the fire, and preparing the renowned Salsa Criolla and Chimichurri.
We will further explore the cooking techniques for various cuts of beef and pork, and how to perfectly grill sausages and provoleta.
To wrap up the meal, we serve a delectable pancake with dulce de leche and peaches with cream, two classic Argentine desserts. Throughout dinner, a curated selection of wines including a white and a red variety will be available for your enjoyment.
