We welcome you to our exclusive Argentine cooking class, where you'll engage with premium local ingredients in cozy groups of no more than 10 people.

Under the expert guidance of our chef, you'll be crafting handmade empanadas, traditional chipa, a savory meat dish, and a delightful dessert showcasing the renowned national delicacy: dulce de leche. All of these will be enjoyed with a delightful welcome drink, select wine, and a warm coffee to perfectly round off the meal.

However, this experience extends beyond just cooking. It's about sharing a joyful time in a group, keeping top-notch company, and receiving a unique souvenir to remember your culinary journey in Argentina!

Our gastronomic journey commences at 12:00pm in our dedicated culinary space. As soon as all participants have arrived, we will embark on a delightful adventure filled with culinary arts and conviviality.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcoming cocktail, a vermouth, which has recently become a staple in Argentine taverns. To stimulate your appetite, we will serve a variety of local cheeses and sausages, commonly referred to as an Argentine picada.

Subsequently, we will immerse you in the rich Argentine culinary tradition by introducing you to distinctive dishes such as Chipa and homemade Empanadas.

We will then guide you through the creation of a main course complete with side and dressing, followed by a dessert that highlights Argentina's prized ingredient: dulce de leche. To complement the meal, we will provide two selections of Argentine wines, either red or white, and for the dessert, a coffee.

As our way of helping you recreate this gastronomic experience in your own kitchen and as a memento of your time with us, we will gift you a recipe book. Our culinary journey concludes at 3:30pm.
